Refund & Course Transfer Policy

(Effective April 2025)

At Growing Minds Academy, we are committed to providing quality training and resources for childcare professionals. Please carefully review our refund and course transfer policy before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to training materials:
 

We do not offer refunds once a course has been started

This includes:

  • Logging into the course

  • Accessing lessons

  • Downloading materials or resources

  • All sales are final once course access has begun.

Transfer Policy (For Childcare Center Owners)

We understand that staffing changes can happen. If a childcare center purchases a course for an employee who does not start the course within 60 days of enrollment, we offer a one-time complimentary transfer of that course to another staff member.

Requirements for Transfer:

  • The original student must not have accessed any course content.

  • Transfer request must be made within 60 days of original purchase.

Important Note:

Once any student opens the course or downloads materials — no refunds or transfers will be provided.
